Privacy Policy — Hermes Deck Last updated: 3 October 2026 Hermes Deck is a private, single-user application used by its owner, Anastasia Timoshkina, to organise her own Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Sheets data through personal automation. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and is not used for advertising or analytics. Data accessed. The app accesses Google account data (email messages and metadata, files, calendars and spreadsheets) only for the owner's own workflow: reading and drafting her messages, organising her files and updating her own documents and tables. Storage and sharing. All data is processed and stored locally on the owner's own devices. No data is sold, shared or transferred to any third party, and nothing is used for advertising or to train machine-learning models. Limited Use. Hermes Deck's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Deletion.
